Our Fees and Payment Process
Please contact us to receive our current schedule of fees for Perth Counselling or Perth Psychology bookings.
Your Initial Counselling or Psychology Appointment
Your first appointment will be confirmed with payment at the time you make the booking.
You will need to provide your debit card or credit card details for payment.
You will receive an invoice and an email confirmation within 1 business day.
Your Subsequent Counselling or Psychology Appointment
Follow up appointments require payment to be made 1 business day before your appointment.
Please note that confirmation payment will be processed 1 business day before your appointment unless you have contacted admin to reschedule.
What If I Cancel My Appointment?
We thank you for understanding that our Perth Counsellors and Perth Psychologists have set aside 1 hour of their time to support you.
We ask that you provide us with one (1) business days’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
If you do not show up to an appointment, do not contact admin to reschedule within one (1) business day or do not have a medical certificate, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the appointment.
