Coby (she/her) has 25 years of experience in providing professional counselling and therapeutic support.
Coby is a counsellor, a clinical supervisor, psycho-educational trainer, certified yoga teacher, and is one of 6 Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitators in Western Australia.
Baljit has worked in the counselling field for over 28 years both as a counsellor and as a Clinical Supervisor.
Baljit has worked with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of issues across the life cycle, including mental health challenges, relationship conflict, issues of identity, as well as grief and loss.
Baljit values working with people from all walks of life and is passionate about helping people to have the best life possible despite past painful, and unhelpful experiences.
I encourage clients to gain a deeper understanding and awareness of self in relationship to others, to become mindful to the power of choice, and to access their own strengths and potential for change and growth and healing.
Clients learn new techniques and skills to better manage overwhelm with a focus on self-care, you are supported to engage with life challenges and develop strategies to manage stress, anxiety, anger and grief.
Melanie has over 14 years’ experience in various services, such as Women’s Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Services, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault services. Much of her experience has been in general mental health services, treating a wide range of moderate to severe mental health problems.
Melanie works with Individuals, Couples, Families, Teenagers, Children, and NDIS clients.
Caroline has a Master of Counselling degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Murdoch University and a Bachelor in Health Science (Health Promotion) with a Minor in Addiction Studies from Edith Cowan University.
